Thomas Schmid is a good friend of mine. He is working as a Professional Tennis Coach in the South of Germany with the TSI-Organization and he is Chief-Instructor for new Coaches in the WTB-Bezirk-E.

He had a nice idea for a ‚Trick the mind drill‘, not thinking, that this could be one:

„Play rallies with your partner from the service-line. After every hit you take the racket in the other hand and wave your hand to greet the partner on the other side of the court!“
